Something not working, a question about a purchase, or a request about your data? Start here, or write to us.
Write to us
esquynalabs@gmail.comTell us which app, the app version, your phone model and system version, and what happened. Screenshots help. Please do not send personal health details by email.
We read every message and usually reply within a few business days.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by us. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, choose the iQuit app, Cancel.
- Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, choose the iQuit app, Cancel.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date or the end of the free trial to avoid the next charge.
Restore a purchase
Changed phone or reinstalled the app? Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
Refunds
Payments are processed by the stores, so refund requests go through them: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, and your Google Play order history for Google Play.
Delete your data
What you write in the app stays on your device. Reset the app in Settings or uninstall it to delete it. To delete the anonymous usage data linked to your device, write to esquynalabs@gmail.com with the anonymous identifier shown in the app under Settings, Privacy.
Reminders not arriving
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone settings and that battery saver is not blocking them. Then confirm the reminder times in the app.
Questions, answered
Do I need an account?
No. iQuit has no accounts. You can use every app without giving a name, email or phone number.
Where is my data?
What you write stays on your device. We only count anonymous usage events, described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I use my progress on a new phone?
Because there is no account, progress is not synced between devices. A full backup and restore of your phone may bring it back, depending on your phone settings. Your purchase can be restored in the app.
Is the SOS really free?
Yes. The SOS for cravings is always free, at any hour.
Does iQuit replace treatment?
No. It is a self-help program. If you need medical or psychological care, or you may go through withdrawal, talk to a professional.
